RMA Status says parts received. Now what?

I read in your FAQ:


Q: Once I have sent the part, when should I receive it (or the replacement part) back?


A: Replacement will be sent via 3-day shipping method. It will be processed by Corsair within 72 hours of when we receive it (usually sooner), or you will be contacted.


My RMA status page shows the defective parts (memory) were received on 12/7/2007. It's now almost 2 weeks later and nothing has happened. The status page doesn't show anything was shipped to me. And I wasn't contacted in any way.


So, now what?

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
