A: Replacement will be sent via 3-day shipping method. It will be processed by Corsair within 72 hours of when we receive it (usually sooner), or you will be contacted. My RMA status page shows the defective parts (memory) were received on 12/7/2007. It's now almost 2 weeks later and nothing has happened. The status page doesn't show anything was shipped to me.
