inventera
I want to expand my memory from current 1GB which is a CM2X1024-6400PRO on an ASUS P5L1394 MB. I was thinking of adding a twin pack of TWIN2X2048-6400C4PRO which as far as I can judge is the same modules as I have. Is this a good choice or what should I do? Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted December 5, 2007 Corsair Employee Share Posted December 5, 2007 No they are not the same part, you would need to match what you have now for best performance. And if you do install 4 modules with that MB you may have to run the memory at DDR533 or DDR667 to keep it stable.
