raysn
I just install dominator8500C5 memory 4gb on my asus P5E board with a 64 bit Vista os. I ran the memory test and it determined the memory had problems. I set the bios memory speed to 1066 and the rest of memory settings to auto settings. The memory seems to run fine, but what's up with the test results? Can CORSAIR memory pass the test for VISTA? Hit F1 before the Vista screen comes up right after the bios starts to get to the test, also office 07 has the memory test.

Take your time and do it correctly. Full model specifics. Who would know what 3ght dou is in the processor settings, etc???
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 26, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 26, 2007 With that MB and CPU you would need to set the memory frequency at DDR667 with 4 modules installed!
eyes.only
What bios version are you using? ATM only 0107 version works for me, all other bioses give memory errors.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 3, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 3, 2007 Also make sure you have the memory voltage set manually to 2.1 volts with the 8500C5D modules.
