MrNeiz Posted November 18, 2007 Share Posted November 18, 2007 hi all, i received my voyager gt about 2 month ago from amazon.de it works fine for this 2 months, now i have the "write protected" problem. i do everything, win98 se bootdisk, linux and so on.....nothing works ! so i make a recovery on the stick....and i cant believe the recovery software recover data that i never putt on this stick....there where data from a other people...databases from a housebuilding software and other things!!!!:confused: so can anyone explaine me why amazon send me a used stick and say it is a new one?? anyway....this "write protected" problem is really terrible....im glad i used a encryption software for this stick...so when i send it back to amazon they "repair" it and send it "new" to a new customers...this customer can not recover and see my data... realy weird.... maybe someone has a tip how i can make the stick readable???? cheers stefan Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

However, we will be happy to replace it if they will not or cannot help you, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace it.
