spldoc
My pc has become increasingly unstable the last week. I've gotten several blue screen errors and had issues with Windows XP loading. I previously had an issue with these ram sticks, but with RAM GUY's guidance determined it was a bad ASUS mobo and swapped out for a MSI board that I've had zero problems with since the swap. My pc stats are listed in signature and I'm running 2 pr of TWINX2048-3200C2 Ram. I have swapped all 4 modules individually between 2 different pc's to help determine which were bad. I also used the memory stability test in nTune to help weed out the bad sticks. Only 2 sticks are actually bad. The good sticks will run 2-3-3-6 at 2.75 volts in either pc with no issues at all. The 2 sticks with issues either cause Windows XP not to load or blue screen immediately after post. What do I need to do to RMA this ram?

spldoc
Filled out the RMA request form and was curious as to how long it usually takes before they email an RMA?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 21, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 21, 2007 It should not take more than 24-48 business hours to get a reply excluding weekends and Holidays. If not please call them at 888-222-4346 Ext "0" or 510-657-8747 Ext "0". However I would suggest checking your spam filter or Junk folder in your email client to be sure.
