Afonso Haizer
Hello Ram Guy, I received my new 2GB pendrive (http://www.asktheramguy.com/forums/showthread.php?t=61485) but there's another problem. I can't write on it. I always received a write error. Only small files can be written. I tried to format it but it doesn't work. What can I do? Yellowbeard
Can you please list the system specifications you are using the drive with? Also, can you try the drive on another system, preferably a desk top. Also, if the problem continues, try this: http://www.houseofhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=62742
Afonso Haizer
I already tested the pendrive on many different systems. My desktop: AMD X2 - 2GB RAM - MoBo ABIT - WIN XP SP2 - USB2.0. On my work: IBM Pentium 4 - ThinkCentre - 1GB RAM - USB 2.0. My wife has a Corsair 1GB pendrive and it's ok on both systems. My old 2GB also works fine. Yellowbeard
Did you try the formatting option I linked above? It's possible you simply have a corrupted drive partition.
Afonso Haizer
I tried 1 minute ago on a Linux system. Partitioned ok, formatted ok (FAT32) but I can't write on it once more. Writing error
