vx450 doesn't want to work

I have a rma'd vx450w. My Pc specs are a gigabyte p35-ds4, 4x1GB ballistix, 7600GT. When i turn on the computer, all fans start and power is on, but after a few seconds, my system shutdowns and reboots. sometimes it go longer and boot to bios. I have tested this system with a generic-cheap power suply and a Seasonic S12-430, and with both it works ok(Also, memory voltage it's at manufacter settings, 2,2v).

So it's my powersuply damaged? or is there a incompatibility with my gigabyte? or...is my mobo bad(even if it worked fine with my seasonic s12-430).

PD: I tested both working psu using memtest for about 1 hour and had 0 reboots.

Corsair PSUs have an "Over Current Protection" circuit which will not let the PSU go into regular power on mode if something is out of spec, most likely the +5Vsb.

Your motherboard may be slightly out of spec and your generic-cheap power supply and Seasonic S12-430 probably do not have a n OCP circuit or one as sensitive as the ones Corsair employs, and thus not detecting the issue. To find out if this is what is happening, I would suggest testing the PSU on a known working system, and see if you have the same problems. If the board is slightly out of spec, you may want to get it replaced.
