foureight84
System: Intel E6759 Gigabyte p35-ds4 550W Antec Truepower 2.0 XFX 8600 GTS CORSAIR TWIN2X2048-6400C4 2GB KIT (running @ 4-4-4-12, 2.1V) I ran memtest for 10 hours, I get two errors. What made me do this was the random crashes during game play. Here's the attached pic of the memtest. http://foureight84.googlepages.com/mem_sm.jpg

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 12, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 12, 2007 Can you please test each module individually for 3-5 passes each? Please make sure that you have the latest bios for your MB and then load optimized defaults and set the Dim Voltage to 2.1v volts and then set the timings to (4,4,4,12) and then test them with http://www.memtest.org
foureight84
okay so i got around to doing this. running memtest on individual stick produces no errors. however, when i swap the the stick order, my computer won't post. say i have one in dimm 1 and 3, it works, but if i move the one from slot 3 to slot 1 and 1 to 3, it causes this error. i have tried plugging in another two pair of the same kind and it runs fine without errors. so i am pretty sure my motherboard and settings is not causing the issue.
