Skywalker66
In Auto Mode (5,5,5,18,22 by 1,9 Volt) all works fine and fast. When i switch to CL4 Mode manually (4,4,4,12,22,5) with 2,1 V Memorybenchmark are better. Mathprogramm (Seti/Boinc) going slower. I think it must be going faster then CL5. Have anyone an tip for better settings ? I don´t like to experiment or damage my Hardware. Thanks AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+ AM2 MSI K9N Neo V3 Corsair 2x 1024MB DDR2 800 (CM2X1024-6400C4 G) PSU 500W

You could overclock the processor but it's a pretty fast one for AMD. Since you don't want to experiment (Tweak) then I advise you to just enjoy that pretty fast system :)
Skywalker66
Update: I tested all again. System goes 10% faster in Mathprogramm from 2:40h to 2:20h. I think anything was lower the first tries. I am wondering about CPU-Temp that is 2-3 C higher as in CL5 Mode
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 9, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 9, 2007 2-3c is not a large increase and you should be fine. 10% is a very nice increase!
