Shifty2k5
Hi, just "stealing" the thread, no bad intentions  I've got some problems with my RAM and I was just wondering, will I have to send my RAM all the way to California, or is there any way of saving money and time by sending it to some sort of european office? I live in Sweden by the way Regards Shifty2k5
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 8, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 8, 2007 At this point, to RMA directly with Corsair you will need to ship it to us in California, USA. Can you deal directly with your retailer?

Can you deal directly with your retailer? I'm afraid not since I only bought the parts from the retailer, they didn't assemble them for me. The price isn't the problem, I'm more concerned about the fact that it might take some time to ship it and then get it back. It'll be a mess. Thanks anyway :)

Thanks anyway :) If you contact CSG and ask for an Advance Replacement sometimes they can accommodate you, it really depends on a lot of factors though.
