RMA memory received by Corsair, status hasn't changed for 7 days

I got an RMA number for memory that was reported as bad with memtest86. I mailed in the memory and according to the status information the defective parts were received on 10/29/07. So far the status hasn't changed though to indicate if replacement parts are going to be shipped or when they will ship. Is there anyway to find out what's going on?

 

I did e-mail rmaservice@corsairmemory.com about it, but the response I got back was to fill out the online form to get an RMA number. I don't think they read my e-mail, since I already have an RMA and the parts have been received by Corsair.

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

It has also been over a week for me too (Parts received 10/29). Hello! Did everyone go on vacation and forget about their support commitments?

 

Please call our RMA department at the numbers listed in my last post, and ask them when you can expect your replacement!

I'm in the same situation, parts were received at Corsair on the 2nd, logged in on the 5th (of this month) and status hasn't changed at all.

 

I guess I'll have to give them a call to see what the heck is up.
