kevin360 Posted November 7, 2007 Share Posted November 7, 2007 I got an RMA number for memory that was reported as bad with memtest86. I mailed in the memory and according to the status information the defective parts were received on 10/29/07. So far the status hasn't changed though to indicate if replacement parts are going to be shipped or when they will ship. Is there anyway to find out what's going on? I did e-mail rmaservice@corsairmemory.com about it, but the response I got back was to fill out the online form to get an RMA number. I don't think they read my e-mail, since I already have an RMA and the parts have been received by Corsair. Bio-Hazard Posted November 8, 2007 Share Posted November 8, 2007 I'm in the same situation, parts were received at Corsair on the 2nd, logged in on the 5th (of this month) and status hasn't changed at all.
