Micromedic Posted November 6, 2007 Share Posted November 6, 2007 Hello! The Company I'm working for has purchased 2 Memorysticks of the Flashvoyager Series only a year and a half ago. Now, when trying to Access the Memorysticks, Windows returns an Error which tells us that the USB Device wasn't Recognised properly. We tried this on several Machines, but with no succes. We tried to return them to the Distriutor, still no succes. So now, I would like to take advantage of your Lifetimewarranty. Please send me an RMA ID, so I can return the Sticks to you from Germany.
