question on my timmings I have a EVGA 680i MB and a Q6600 when i put my PC6400 800 mhz 2x1gb in the timmings show up as 5-5-5-18 2t at auto detect it dosent like it when i put it at rated 4-4-4-12 2t manual so i uped the front bus to 1066 from the 800 and auto states 5-7-7-24 2t this I assume is not that good for dominator memory i want this ram as fast as possible I have messed around some and had no luck any help would be appreciated i was running my Q6600 at 3.0 but backed off to 2.7 where my front buss is now 9x 1200 from 9x 1066 and memory is at 1066 from 800 any thoughts.

Your system will be faster at 3.0Ghz with 1066Mhz than 2.7Ghz with 1200Mhz. I think you will not be doing your 800mhz DRAM a favor with 1200mhz at any timings.

SLI-Ready Memory = Disable

CPU Freq. MHz = 333

CPU Muliplier = 9

x FSB - Memory Clock Mode = Unlinked

x FSB Memory Ratio = Auto

x FSB (QDR), MHz = 1333

X MEM (DDR), MHz = 1067

Memory Timing Setting

CL Cas Latency = 5

tRCD = 5

tRP = 5

tRAS = 15

Command Per Clock (CMD) = 2T

tRRD = 4

tRC = 28

tWR = 6

tWTR= 11

tREF = Auto

tRD = 8

tRFC = 35

Async Latency = Auto

CPU Spread Spectrum: Disabled

PCIE Spread Spectrum: Disabled

MCP PCIE Spread Spectrum: Disabled

SATA Spread Spectrum: Disabled

LDT Spread Spectrum: Disabled

CPU Internal Thermal Control: Enabled

Limit CPUID MaxVal: Enabled

Enhanced C1 (C1E): Enabled

Execute Disable Bit: Enabled

Virtualization Technology: Enabled

Enhanced Intel Speedstep Tech: Enabled

LDT Frequency: 5x

PCIEX16_1 Frequency (Mhz): 101

PCIEX16_2 Frequency (Mhz): 101

PCIEX16_3 Frequency (Mhz): 101

SPP<->MCP Ref Clock, Mhz: 201

Voltages

CPU Core - 1.35v

Vdimm - 2.1v

nForce SPP - 1.3v

CPU FSB - 1.2v

If you can make 1066 with 5-5-5-15 and 3.0Ghz and find stability, the this is where I would test at.
