Faulty Voyager 16GB (Second Time)-Escalation

Dear Ramguy,

i have a faulty 16GB Voyager its sometimes work sometimes not,this is my second time my voyager doesnt work first time i replaced it with RMA number #R244671 and i got that one which is not working again,note that i'm staying outisde usa in Dubai,UAE and so far it cost me more than 200$ to send the usb 2 times to you guys and its not acceptable for me to pay the price of the usb 2 times for replacement,i would like to escalate this issue as i'm not satisfied with the product so far and i would liek to know how corsair will compensate me for the inconvience i'm having,

the serial nuber of my USB is :

Please contact our customer service at 888-222-4346 and dial "0", (510) 657-8747 or email rmaservice@corsairmemory.com and they will be able to help you get the drive replaced.

 

If multiple drives are failing there may be something causing them to fail. Can you tell me what type of system you are mainly using the drive on?

i tried pluging my usb to 3 laptops and 2 desktops

1-Aceraspire 5570 centrino duo 1.6GHZ/1GB ram/80GB HD

2-IBM T60 better configuration

3-Acer centrino duo 1.6GHZ/1GB ram/80GB HD

4-HP compaq Desktop P4 3GHZ 512 ramaspire 5100

 

tested with genine windows XP-SP2 with latest updates and patches

the first faulty one i formatted NTFS so i thought that may have caused something

so that second one i didnt even format it(does it make a difference??)also i dropped an email to teh support address u provided still no response from them,and regarding shipping i got it form newegg.com and its in teh states too and i'm over seas so its gonna cost teh same thing,please help me out man,aso is it possible that i can get a 16GB GT instead of that one as i got also some friends who had trouble with it

It should not take more than 24-48 business hours to get a reply excluding weekends and Holidays. If not please call them at 888-222-4346 Ext "0" or 510-657-8747 Ext "0". However I would suggest checking your spam filter or Junk folder in your email client to be sure.

Our hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time Monday threw Friday, please try to call them again at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext "0" and do not hit any other extension or send an email to rma@corsairmemory.com along with your RMA# and ask them to check the status for you.

 

P.S. I did send them a email and asked them to check for you but its best if you call them.
