AzZ Posted November 3, 2007 Share Posted November 3, 2007 Hi. I recently had some faulty RAM and had sent it to you guys at Corsair. I got an email saying you received the parts on 29th October. I've read that you replace/send new parts within 72 hours or sooner but i've still not had a reply. I emailed customer services yesterday but still no response. Can someone please tell me whats going on? I've been waiting to play the Crysis demo but its not gonna happen with a temp stick of 512 :bigeyes: RMA# 1029452 I'm in the UK btw ;) Any help appreciated! No news since the last email from ramguy on the 24th of September: "We wanted to let you know that we have received your return package for RMA number 1024079Y our returned product is staged for review by our returns department, and we will be contacting you shortly regarding repair or replacement." help !
