bartolo
I've got a DOA corsair vx450w, and my retailer haven't answered my mails. So if they dont want to replace my power supply(I think that they don't want to pay the shipping costs). What should i do to get a new Power Suplpy here in Spain?. Where should i send the DOA power supply to get a new one. Another question, i tested my power supply with 2 more computers, a K7M aus board(k7-600 cpu, 1999 year), and an Asrock 939-Dual. And it didn't work. But my main computer(a Gigabyte P34-DS4), when i turn on the back button of the power supply, it seems that 5v rail is working because keyboard leds turn on. Why? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 31, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 31, 2007 We will replace it if they will not but that PSU may not work with older MB's, I would check the Manual for the respective MB's and make sure they are ATX 2.3 Compliant, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace it. bartolo
But... I need to send it to America, that costs more than the value of the power supply. Do u have some Europe address?
Wired
Corsair's only in the USA, but your retailer should be able to help you RMA it through their distributor, and IIRC, there's no cost to them (could be wrong though). If they're not willing to help, contact Corsair's customer care and they can see what they can do.
