Please load setup defaults and then set the Dim Voltage to 2.1 volts (+.2 Volts W/Giga-Byte) and set the tested setting manually and then test the module/modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure. In addition, with this MB you have to disable legacy USB in the bios when running any memory test.

I did what you said, set to 2.1V and ran the memory test and had 2 passes with no problem. However, it still crashes me :( The system runs fine when i put the ram frequency to [Auto] (800). Can you go over the BIOS settings for Asus P5k? The other thread that i looked at (P5k Deluxe) had settings that I didnt have:

FSB Strap to Northbridge: 333

FSB Frequency: 333

I cant get 1066 DRAM Freq. with these settings i had to set mine to 266 and 266 respectively.

CPU Spread Spectrum: Enabled

PCIE Spread Spectrum: Enabled

My mobo only has [Auto] and [Disabled] for the above settings.

Under advance CPU Settings, i do not have the PECI setting.
