ranger72
Hello All, First Post Here! I first tried searching for this info but did not find anything that resembles my issue. I am running an Asus P5N32-E SLI nForce 680i SLI Chipset w 7.1 Sound, Gb LAN, S-ATA Raid, USB 2.0, IEEE-1394 Dual PCI-E MoBo. On that board I am currently running 2048MB [1024MB x 2] DDR2-800 PC6400 Corsair XMS2 Xtreme w/ Heat Spreader. I read that my MoBo would only read somewhere between 2.75 to 3.5 GIGs of the ram I'm running So I guess it would be pointless to invest in 2 more GIGs. But I wonder would it be helpful to add one more GIG of 512 x 2 for a total of 3 GIGS of the Corsair ram? Thank you very much, ranger72:question:
