How long does processing take before getting my replacement?

I recently shipped an HX620 PSU back. Tracking indicated it arrived on Wednesday of last week. I got an email on Thursday saying that you have received my package. It has been 5 days and I have received no words besides that it was received and would take up to 72 hours to process before it can be shipped back or my replacement can be shipped. It's been a couple days past 72 hours, and I'm starting to get worried. I need this PSU for the weekend as I'm heading to a LAN party, and since it wasn't shipped today (or at least I haven't been notified) it won't arrive by Friday. Is there any possible way that, for the return shipping service, I could get 2-day shipping versus 3 if I payed the difference?
