xxxAce21xxx Posted October 23, 2007 Share Posted October 23, 2007 Hi I Have 2GB of Corsair Dominator Series 1066MHz PC2-8500 C5 ram in my computer i have a Crosshair Mobo AMD Athlon X2 6000+ 3.0 GHz ive been getting alot of issues latley with stability lots of blue screens and in the blue screen post it say something about a special memory Pool ??? ill be in the middle of surfing the web or launching a pc game and just bam !! blue screen i ran the windows memory dignostic tool it sais i have memory problems and to contact my memory manufacturer i also get screen syncing issues i read others were getting this same thing also get alot of failed boot up errors sometimes it blue screens and some times while windows is loading it freezes the progress bar sometimes it will atart up and nothings on the screens so i have to restart if even had the mobo alarm thing beep continousley on me ive had lots of problems also when the ram was brand new i had tons of problems intalling my Vista 32 bit home premium it didnt finally work till i intalled with my 800 speed corsair ram should i just re install ??? or do u suggest going back down to my other old set of ram which is the corsair dominator series DDR2 800MHz PC2-6400 CAS4 Please help !!! Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 23, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 23, 2007 The CPU you have would need to be over clocked to run these modules at their tested settings on that MB, what are the exact settings you have set for both memory and CPU?
