sgrim80
I have had a corsair flash voyager for about 2 or 3 months. Its the one that is all rubber. I put it on my keychain using the keyring holder. One day I reached into my pocket to get my drive and the end protruding from the rubber that plugs into the USB port was broken off. While I doubt this is covered, it would be nice to see a company stick up for a easily broken product. I cant believe this thing just broke right in half from being in my pocket. Any chance for a warranty replacement or is it trash? Steve

Is Corsair planning on updating this design so these devices arent so fragile at the plug end?

Yes, or you can use the On Line RMA Request Form and check the box that says "I have already spoke to RamGuy!" to speed up the approval process. To answer your question, to my knowledge there are no changes being made to our Flash Voyager.
