brandt
I bought my first 16gig voyager 5 months ago for work and rely heavily on it working properly.... however, it has not. The first one completely died at only four months of use. It wasn't even recognized by any pc's. I went through all the troubleshooting that is offered here and finally got it RMA'd. I received the returned product on the 16th of October (last tuesday). It came in what looks like a brand new retail box (i assume it was new). Everything was fine and dandy until today. I can no longer access the flash drive. On every PC I go to I get the same thing. So, after a total of 6 days the flash drive is now DOA. F@#%N 6 days is this a joke????!!!@ Seriously, this is absolutely ridiculous. I NEED this to work and be reliable and after seeing so many posts on this forum about dead flash drives (and me myself having 3 dead now), I will NOT be purchasing any more flash drives for myself or my company. My next step will be RMA'ing the flash drive and then selling the returned product and purchasing a different drive from a different manufacturer. I've tried to stay loyal to corsair cause i love the products and support but this draws the line.
