cart0181
I have had a terrible time getting 16-chip DDR1 512MB DIMMS (double-sided). I have placed 3 separate orders, once being assured that I would receive 16-chip sticks, only to RMA all 3 orders because I get single-sided 8-chip modules. Does anyone know how I can know ahead of time what I will be receiving? I want to have a couple of these in stock for computers that can't handle 1GB upgrades. It's a density thing. Thanks. cart0181
Sorry, I didn't mean to be impatient, but I thought it would be an easy question for you guys. And besides, someone posted after me already had like 32 responses by that time.
Wired
32 responses? Hardly. 32 VIEWS, possibly, being that most are search bots. As for your question: Does anyone know how I can know ahead of time what I will be receiving? You already know, you ask. If they don't sell you what they say they are, you return it. Now, as for the question you didn't ask, but are implying, where can you get 16 chip sticks? That's a question for Ram Guy. He'll see the the thread tomorrow.
