Sylvainp Posted October 21, 2007 Share Posted October 21, 2007 Maybe this is not the right place but I recently bought online my PC8500 and the airflow. When I got the airflow no bolts and metal plates in the package, only the fan unit. I have contact the online reseller and they told me they don't have Airflow in stock and I should contact Corsair to get the missing parts. I have made a call at technical support and the staff was supposed to send me an email to fill an RMA form. I also fill a tech support Express Case and no answer ! I never got the email from the staff or the Tech support Express and i'm not happy about this. Is this the kind of support we have from Corsair these days ? I paid extra money because I had used Corsair products in the past few years and willing to pay extra money to get better products but I would also like to get good service support which is really poor at the moment.
