makoto
I realize this is an old post, but I ran across it in Google, and thought this reply might help out fellow Googlers. I had the same issue, where it would BSOD everytime I start up with the memory. Try only booting up with one stick.... then if Windows runs, go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=91672C7C-614B-404C-850C-377541E93C18&displaylang=en and download the update. This fixed my problem. Hope this is helpful.
