HGeorge
Corsair Twin2x2048-8500c5d and Asus P5WDG2-WS Pro When the DRAM frequnecy in the BIOS (latest 805) is set to DDR2-1066Mhz, memory voltage to 2.1V, DRAM timing to 5-5-5-15, WinXP restarts after BSOD when trying to boot. Memtest 86+ 1.70 shows a lot of errors. When only one of the modules is installed with the above settings, the RAM works, memtest shows no errors. I tried both modules separately in all the RAM slots. The two modules work when the DRAM frequency is set to DDR2-889MHz.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 19, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 19, 2007 That is the limit of that MB and about normal, but they should run at 800 Mhz at Cas 4-4-4-12 at 2.1 Volts!
