Babylon
Alrighty, I thank you for that. Much appreciated. Will see how I do, if I go with the ones you suggested or the ones I thought of first.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 18, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 18, 2007 NP either set of modules will work with that MB, but please note if you use 4 modules you may have to slow the memory to DDR667.

Babylon
It's a faster module, but is a 2GB kit. Let's say that I'll get the other ones to run at 4-4-4-12, is the 2x 2048 ones still gonna be a faster module even though that they run at 5-5-5-18? And what do you mean by "but is a 2GB kit"? Is it any downside with that? Just wan't to make sure that the modules I choose won't constitute a bottleneck for the rest of the system.

DerekT
You first speak of a 2 X 2048kit. Then you ask about a 2 X 1024kit. I just wanted to be sure that you understand that these kits are different and that the second kit is 2GB not 4GB. The modules are not the same, that's all.
