9136 and Gigabyte GA-N650SLI-DS4 help Ramguy

I am not new to system building or overclocking, but can someone please explain this. I recently bought a Core 2 Duo 6700, Gigabyte Ga-N650SLI-DS4 mobo, 8800 GTX ULTRA, Thermaltake toughpower 750w and Corsair Dominator 2x1024 9136 modules. I found my maxim cpu speed (<65degrees) of 3400mhz, my max FSB is 420. So I have been running completely stable (except not wanting to boot sometimes) at 8x420=3360mhz with memory/fsb 1:1. SO, my memory is actually running at 420x2=880 at 4-4-4-8 completely stable. My sandra scores are about 7400 so I guess I am happy, but whenever I try to set the 9136 modules at 1142 (their rated speed) or even anything over 900mhz at recomended 5-5-5-15 windows doesn't work. I was always told to get the fastest system you must use 1:1 ratio, and 420fsb ain't bad, but to get the full use out of my 9136 modules I would need 571 fsb! When I try to run with a memory divider nothing seems to work? Now I feel I should have just bought normal 800mhz memory since I am running at only 880 and could have saved a ton of cash or got 4gb? What is the deal here, how do I get full speed out of my 9136 dominators? Do I need to lower the fsb and set memory manually at exactly 1142mhz? Somehow I think my Sandra scores will go down to about 5800 instead of the 7400 I'm getting now based on my benchmark readings. I don't know why anyone would buy these modules to get the same 5800 sandra as cheapo 800 ram. I'm getting 7400, but with the amount of overclocking the fsb to 420, I should be getting Sandra scores well over 8000? If I can't run the memory over 880mhz then shouldn't I just stick in my other 2gb kit of OCZ platinum 2 (that will also do 880mhz 4-4-4-8) and run with 4GB? I just don't get why this 9136 memory is so expensive and it doesn't run anywhere near 1142 no matter what the timings. And I do have the latest bios and memory volts 2.1-2.4 is all the same and it is cool to the touch. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have this DRAM running on a Quad Core Q6600 @ 3.4Ghz with 1140 right now.

No problem with dividers on the Asus P5K and E6750 with 1125Mhz. Both are divided.

You say when you try to run them at their rated values, Windows does not work. What overclock settings are you using to attempt their rated values?
