DoubleVision19
It's been a while since I've last visited the forums:o: Anyways, here's my question I wanna ask you guys. How can you tell if it's time to replace your PSU? I've been using my HX620 for about 2years now and just a couple of days, when I rebooted my PC, I can't get into the BIOS screen...the PC would power up, fans spinning, but I can't get any further than flipping the switch. I've tried getting help from my MOBO's forum and some of them suggested checking with another PSU. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Mahalos in advance. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 17, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 17, 2007 If the fans are spinning up there may not be anything wrong with the PSU, you may want to try removing your memory modules one at a time and see if you have a failing module. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 17, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 17, 2007 That sounds more like some other problem, can you test the PSU with another system?

DoubleVision19
No I can't...maybe I have to purchase a PSU tester.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 18, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 18, 2007 You might try reseting the BIOS and leaving the BIOS battery out of the system for 30 min to make sure the BIOS is clear.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 18, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 18, 2007 It may not be the PSU, but if you would like to get it replaced, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part! Or “Tech Support Express” and we will be happy to replace them or it, please note that you are posting from the forum!

DoubleVision19
Mahalos for understanding. I would like you guys to have a look at it to see there is really something wrong with it. If it is, I would appreciate it if it can be repaired or replaced. I will fill out an RMA right now. Again, Mahalos for helping me troubleshoot my problem.
