scgatorfan
Hi all, Sunday my new system (purchased 7/31/07) locked up & then wouldn't reboot. Wouldn't even post. I opened the case & pulled out both RAM modules & rebooted. Got the post beeps. I then put back in 1 module - pc booted fine. Powered down & added the second - no boot/ no post. Replaced the first module with the second & powered up - no boot/ no post - put the first module back & left the second module out - booted fine. I think that second module has gone bad. System specs: Intel E6850 Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R Thermaltake 700 watt PSU Sapphire Radeon X1950XT video card I emailed Corsair tech support for an RMA yesterday but haven't received a response & I tried the online request but part of that is to run Memtest but I can't run it with the bad module in as it won't post. I had already adjusted the voltage in the bios to +.3 as the default voltage on that board is 1.8. Any suggestions? Thanks!
