DerekT
Remove your overclock settings. Set your CPU to defaults. Download Memtest from http://www.memtest.org. Burn the ISO image to an optical disk. Shut the system down. Remove one stick of DRAM. Restart the System.Enter the BIOS. Set your Vdimm (DRAM Voltage) to 2.1V Set your DRAM Speed to 800MhzSet your DRAM timings to: Cas Latency (tCL): 4 RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD): 4 RAS# Precharge (tRP): 4 Cycle Time (tRAS): 12 Boot to the Memtest ISO and run a few passes. If the stick passes, then shut the system down, remove the stick and insert the other stick. Repeat the test. If each stick passes, then shut the system down, insert both sticks in dual channel mode and retest. Results?

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 15, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 15, 2007 Make sure you have the latest BIOS for your motherboard, load setup defaults, then follow Derek's instructions. If one module boots up and passes memtest, while the other module still doesn't allow you to boot, then let's get them or it replaced. Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part! Or “Tech Support Express” and we will be happy to replace them or it, please note that you are posting from the forum! Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 15, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 15, 2007 If you are in the UK you might first want to try to do the RMA through your reseller, as it may be more convenient. If they can not help you, then we will get them replaced for you. Normally international RMA's are about 7-11 business day turnaround.
