RMA...whats happening ?

Hey there,


I have had an RMA in "Process" now for almost 2 weeks and no one has contacted me to let me know what is going on. The online status hasn't changed and no one is replying to my emails.


Just some word on what is going on would be nice......


RMA Issued On: 9/27/2007

Defective Parts Received on: 10/3/2007

Part Number Received: CM2X1024-6400C4

Quantity Received: 2

RMA Replacement Parts Ship Date: N/A

Replacement Part Number: N/A

Replacement Part Quantity: N/A

Replacement Shipping Method: N/A

Replacement Shipping Tracking Number: N/A

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

I'd like to ask the ram guy why are you returning me 1 stick when I shipped you 2 ?...let me guess, I have to call ?..


Why dont you have people that can see they recieved 2 sticks and that they need to return 2 sticks ?....its not rocket science.
