usblades
I'd like to ask the ram guy why are you returning me 1 stick when I shipped you 2 ?...let me guess, I have to call ?.. Why dont you have people that can see they recieved 2 sticks and that they need to return 2 sticks ?....its not rocket science.
Wired
I'm guessing that the department that verifies a package has arrived is different than the department that sends out the memory, and they go by what's on the RMA form. Or, they're just human and goofed.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 15, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 15, 2007 Yes the RMA order is processed based on what you request not what you send in, you will need to contact our customer service and they will help you get that resolved.
