thalador
New poster.. Hiya :) I bought my new computer about 5 months ago and got TWIN2X2048-5400C4 RAM installed. When I bought it the description for the RAM was "2GB Corsair XMS2 DDR-2 667 PC2-5400 RAM". I am looking at adding another 2GB and the description for the same part number on newegg.com is " CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 675 (PC2 5400)" 667 vs 675.. Is this the same stuff? Did I miss something? Thanks

thalador
What is the PART NUMBER of each stick? How To Read the Memory Label Looks like I should have looked at it before posting. It does say 675Mhz on it. But here is the info anyway. Model# CM2X1024-5400C4 XMS# XMS5402v5.2 Lot code (I think) 79915607050987-4 With the ram being only $60 for 2gb I think its a no brainer to get more. Funny, this ram was more than twice as much 6 months ago. Did things get that much better?
