citiboy
Hello world, I've got a Chaintech 7NJS Board. I bought about 1 year ago a Corsair 256 MB module. The sticker says: CMX256A-3200 C2 XMS3202v1.1 024737 This module is placed in slot3 and working great! I bought now a second 256 module, and the PC don't start any more. The POST error code says: Detect memory: Auto detection of DRAM size, type and ECC. The sticker on this module says: CMX256A-3200C2 XMS3202v1.2 XMS3200 256MB 400 MHz CL2 If I put out the old module and replace it with the new one (same slot), the problem remains. Is the module damaged? Is this the compatibility problem with the nforce2 BIOS? Please help me. Kind regards Citiboy
