nim
I think my Memory (TwinX2048-3200C2) is damaged. My PC shut down and didn't boot again. I removed the soundcard, changed the graphiccard, tried both memorymodules in every memoryslot of my mainboard and reseted my BIOS the system didn't start. After installing my old memories the system started again so probably both memory modules are damaged. My Systemdetails can be found in my profile. Can I engage warranty for my modules? I life in Germany (Europe). How long would a RMA last? best regards, nim
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 8, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 8, 2007 I would recommend that you clear the CMOS on the board, and then test each module individually and see if you can get to the BIOS with either module. If you can get into the BIOS, adjust the memory voltage to 2.75 volts and see if you are still having issues with either module. If you would like to get the set replaced, then please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part! Or “Tech Support Express” and we will be happy to replace them or it, please note that you are posting from the forum!
