f3n1x
A few days ago i bought some parts to upgrade my computer, among those parts was 1 XMS2 TWIN2x memory of 1GB, after i installed the system and a few apps i started getting crashes on the system, all un identified by microsoft but related to memory, heres what i got from the Event manager: Error code 10000050, parameter 1 b3d78ac8, parameter 2 00000000, parameter 3 8052ab28, parameter 4 00000000. I check your website and apparently the memory is sold in pairs which i only got half, is this reason for this error? pd. bios is up to date. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 8, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 8, 2007 Please make sure that you have the latest Bios version and then load setup/optimized defaults and set the Dim Voltage to 2.0 volts (+.2 Volts W/Giga-Byte) and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, or if you have Value Select "BY SPD" and then test the module/'s one at a time with http://www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure. In addition, with some MB's (Mostly ASUS) you have to disable legacy USB in the bios when running any memory test.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 11, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 11, 2007 According to the SPEC for this MB it will only support DDR2-533 memory, so I would have to say most likely not.
