RMA Request for CM2X1024-6400C4

Almost exactly 1 year from the date of purchase, my computer stopped booting completely. I figured out it was giving me memory error beep code on boot so I tried booting with the sticks seperately. One of my sticks won't boot at all and I cannot run memtest when it is in. The other stick runs completely stable and gives me zero errors.

Motherboard: ASUS M2N32 SLi Deluxe

Memory: CM2X1024-6400C4 (Twin pack)

These modules are tested to run at 2.1 volts. I would recommend setting this voltage with the good module in the system and then retesting the faulty module. If you still have the same issues, then let's get them or replaced. Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part! Or “Tech Support Express” and we will be happy to replace them, please note that you are posting from the forum!

As it turns out I already had the modules set to 2.1, thanks for the quick response though. I'll follow the links and get them taken care of.

One question, do I send both modules in even though one works? I figure that i'll need to because of how dual channel works but I thought I would ask and make sure.

Thanks again.
