crossfireguy Posted October 3, 2007 Share Posted October 3, 2007 i have a asus m2r32-mvp mobo and bought a pair of cm2x1024-6400c4d and the system would not boot not even post. in the manual is said that the cm2x101024-64000c4 was compatible so i figured that the ***c4d would work. right now i'm using some cheapo memory and only have this mobo that can run ddr2 my other computer uses ddr. am i **ht out of luck or is the ***c4d bad? DerekT Posted October 3, 2007 Share Posted October 3, 2007 Download memtest from http://www.memtest.org. Burn the image to CD. Restart your system and enter your BIOS. Set your Vdimm (DRAM Voltage) to 2.0v. Shut the system down. Replace the cm2x1024-6400c4d modules and restart. Boot to the Memtest CD and let it run for two passes. Results?
