No contact regarding RMA

Hello, several months ago I purchased a pair of 512 sticks of ram for a new computer build. After numerous problems I determined that one was bad, and nearly a month ago I applied for an RMA. After receiving a number and mailing it in I promptly received a follow up email stating that my case number, that the parts had been received and that withing a few days the RMA would be processed. It has been 3 weeks since then (Sept 7) and I've not gotten so much as an email from Corsair in response. I have both my original RMA number and the Case number, and can provide whatever information is needed, but I prefer to give that in a more private channel. What is the proper way to get in touch with someone to find out what has happened with my RAM? Thank you, and as I say I will gladly provide the pertinent information as soon as I am directed towards the proper channel.
