zJudge
Hi..i just purchased a dominator fan and installed it over my 8500C5D rams..the problem is that the fans runs at about 5600 rpm causing alot of noise.. the details on the package says that the fans are speed controlled..how is that? my mobo is able to control fan speed with a 4 pin connectors...but the dominator fans are 3 pin connector.. is there anyway i can reduce the fans RPM? thanks
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted October 1, 2007 Corsair Employee Share Posted October 1, 2007 The only way to reduce the RPM on the fans would be through the BIOS if you plug the fan into a fan header that allows for adjustment.
