I've got the new device (which was replaced) and about 1 year later, I’m having the same problem. I’m sure, I want to, it will be replaced (Like the first one was), but send it from Brazil to USA would cost almost the same as a new one (Even a "better" one, but not a Corsair one, which is still expensive here in Brazil).
