RMA Request - 2x1GB Dominator 8500C5D

I have recently ran into a problem with one of the sticks of RAM in the above mentioned pack.


The system runs fine with one stick and I have identified the bad part with memtest.


I would rather not be without a system for however long it would take to get the new sticks sent out.


Could an RMA be done by sending out the new replacement sticks if I provided a credit card number?

Our hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time Monday threw Friday, please try to call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext "0" and do not hit any other extension or send an email to rma@corsairmemory.com along with your RMA# and ask them if there is any other options to speed up your RMA.
