MalcB
Hi Been reading replies by Yellowbeard, on Hexus forum earlier this year, about the possibility of future action being taken, to alleviate the current, desperate situation regarding RMA for UK/EU Customers. Especially with regards to the high  postal charges, paid not only by us, but by Corsair themselves ! Please could you tell me if any progress has been made on this front, or if the possibility exists for the setting up of any 'local' repair facility, for such heavy items like PSUs, without the need to mail to the USA ? Cheers MalcB
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted September 25, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 25, 2007 At this time there is not a European based RMA/Repair center, however it is something that we are working on. Until then, I would recommend going through your reseller with an RMA (although we have no problem doing the RMA ourselves), to avoid shipping products to the USA.
