Solskin
I got a P5K motherboard and 2x1024 Corsair DDR2 PC6400DHX (I think that's what they're called) When I place both memory plugs in my motherboard it won't start. It won't come any futher then the Asus screen where I can press Delete to enter BIOS, but nothing happens if I press delete or any other bottom for matter. If I only plug in 1x1024 my computer will boot up just fine, but ofcourse I'd prefer if I could run 2x1024. I've tried switching around with the memories plugs so I'm pretty sure that they both work. Besides that I haven't done anything - since I have no idea what to do. Does anyone have some friendly advice? And please keep in mind that I'm no computer-wiz. :) Thanks in advance! DerekT
Install one stick. Enter your BIOS and set the Vdimm to 2.1v. Save settings. Shut down. Install the second stick. Reboot. Results?

DerekT
Can you insert one stick and run memtest? Then insert the other stick and run memtest? Are you able to bring the board back and get another? I think you have a board issue.
Solskin
I'll try to see if I can figure out to run a memtest. But yea, I'm thinking it's a board issue too. (okay, I'm just quessing it is)
