svoltaire
I am trying to upgrade the RAM in my Dell 8200 Dimension and it does not show up on your RAM selector. The RAM that Dell offers is unreal in price and I was wondering if that is the reason you don't have any for my set up, did they use such unique RAM that I am now in trouble because there is no wide spread use of the type in my machine? Help I may just as well buy a new machine for what they want for a GIG of RAM.

svoltaire
Tech Specs Package Type Logical Type 184-pin RIMM 256x18 Speed Description PC800 ECC, Unbuffered Units Required Install Notes 2 Installation in matched pairs of modules is required. Please order quantity two. System Type Desktop/PC This is right out of the Dell sight. Is this so unique, I am afraid I know the answer but wanted someone with more knowledge than me to tell me so. If this is the case I will just buy another machine in a while as the cost is crazy, thanks if you can help.
