Lost Cap (Other Topic is Closed :S)

Using my Voyager GT without a cap is a big nuisance as it keeps getting clogged with lint and dust. I lost the cap to my 4GB Flash Voyager GT about a week ago. I emailed and provided the necessary information as stated here. I recieved no confirmation that they're sending me a replacement cap and I assumed it would be here in under a week's time.


What do I need to do to get a replacement cap for my 4GB Flash Voyager GT? Is the necessary information and email address in the above link correct or do I need to email someone else?
