Been 2 months and no return?

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right place to be posting this but after following all the proper steps I sent off my dead ram 2 months ago.


The problem is I have heard nothing back from corsair. My tracking number showed that it arived to you guys in just over a week. But I have not revieced the replacement.


I don't know what to do, but I just really hope my module is on its way.

I hate to vent, but apparantly they did not send my ram back to me as it was not available. Corsair has my contact information, and no one got ahold of me to let me know this. Just kinda frustraiting.


Anyways, its almost all taken care of. I'm not exactly sure what the guy on the phone is sending me (was talking really fast). But I am getting a different model of ram, and after all this time, I decided to just take what I can get.


But on a positive note. Thank you for your work on these forums, always a quick response.
