Wired
CM2X1024-6400 .....................XMS640Xv2.5...ELPIDA........64Mx8... .....................XMS640Xv5.1...PROMOS.......64MX8...90nm There is no voltage or timing difference between version numbers, but it isn't recommended to run them together. panhead
Can you tell me where I can find the specs on them? Also which is the better of the two? I believe the v2.5 to be the older one. Any other kicks would be appreciated as well.
Wired
Neither is better than the other, and the specs are the SAME. Same Timings, same voltage, everything. Version number does not dictate when they were made. The FAQ area has the specs: http://www.houseofhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=52351
