RMA Status Required

This is the standard reply for status as per ramguy:

 

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

My recent turnaround was 12 days, but I took a "downgrade" for compatiabilty and speedy turnaround. It depends on what they can get in stock for replacement on how fast the turn around will be......

BTW I talked with Kelvin, and he took care of my case from start to finish, so mabey ask for him,
