Bad CM2X1024-6400C4D stick

Installed new Asus Crosshair motherboard, Athlon 64 X2 6400+ CPU and a TWIN2X2048-6400C4D Ram kit. Experienced numerous faults (BSOD's, reboots, hangs, etc.). This eventually led to my hard drive becoming corrupted. Switched to back hard drive and it was soon corrupted. Performed Memtest86+ ver 1.70. Several errors in test #5. Removed a RAM stick and still same errors. Switched RAM stick now no errors. No crashes. No freezes. No BSOD's. For almost a day now. It wasn't 10 minutes between faults before.

The problem is that I want to return this bad ram stick, but the automated RMA request form says that the server is rejecting my request. Can I also correspond with RAMGUY to get RMA autorization???
